The university with the best national rank wins. If rankings are revised, the latest official Webometrics publication for the relevant period is used. If Webometrics ceases publication, a comparable internationally recognized university ranking may be used, or the market may be voided.

Resolves to the highest-ranked Cameroonian university in the first Webometrics Cameroon ranking published in 2027.
