When we open a role, the process is built to respect your time. A first conversation to understand what you are looking for. A practical exercise close to the work you would actually do. Two follow-up calls with the team you would work with. A decision within ten days.
No trick questions, no whiteboard puzzles, no take-homes that drag for weeks. If we can answer it in a one-hour conversation, we will not ask you to spend a weekend on it.
