How this market resolves.
Market resolves based on the official TIME Person of the Year 2026 announcement. The winner can be a person, group, movement, or concept, as chosen by TIME editors. If multiple entities are named jointly, all listed recipients are considered winners. Only the final published TIME decision counts (not leaks, rumors, or prediction markets). If TIME does not publish a Person of the Year for 2026, the market is void. Any corrections or updates officially issued by TIME before year-end will override prior results.
